By subscribing to QuantDeck.ai, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
QuantDeck.ai provides a free market intelligence email newsletter service (“Service”). The Service consists of up to three daily email editions — Morning Overview, Midday Update, and After-Market Recap — delivered on U.S. market trading days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). The Service is provided at no charge. No payment, subscription fee, or credit card is required.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe. The Service is intended for users in the United States. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Not Investment Advice
The content of this Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in any email, on this website, or from QuantDeck.ai in any form constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

7. Subscription & Unsubscribe
You may subscribe by providing your email address and selecting your preferred editions. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by emailing support@quantdeck.ai. Unsubscribe requests are processed within one business day.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reproduce, redistribute, or republish email content without prior written consent
- Use automated means to subscribe multiple addresses without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity in connection with the Service
9. Intellectual Property
All content, formatting, and design of the Service, including email templates, commentary, and website content, is the property of QuantDeck.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read and use content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No other use is permitted without express written consent.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUANTDECK.AI AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at quantdeck.ai with a new effective date. Your continued subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
