QuantDeck.ai Privacy Policy
Version 1.3 · Effective 18 August 2026
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will not do. It is written to be read.
0. What this covers today
Accounts are not open yet. Section 2 lists everything we will collect once you can create an account. Today none of it applies, because there is nothing to sign up for.
What we collect right now is your email address and which of the three daily editions you chose, together with the date you agreed to receive them. Nothing else. No name, no phone number, no card — there is no field on the site that asks for them, and no account behind them.
Sections 3 to 12 apply to everything on this site, including the daily email. Section 2 takes effect when accounts open, and we will say so before it does.
1. Who we are
QuantDeck.ai is operated by Bojilov & Co Inc, Boca Raton, Florida, United States.

2. What we collect, and why
Your email address. To create your account, sign you in, and send you service messages about your subscription.
Your mobile phone number. To send you a one-time verification code when you create an account, and to prevent one person opening unlimited free accounts. We store your phone number only as a one-way cryptographic hash — we cannot read it back, and we cannot use it to contact you for anything else.
Your name and, for firms, your CRD number. To identify your account and, for advisory firms, to match your firm in the public adviser register.
The companies you follow. Your watchlists and portfolios — which companies you track and, if you choose to enter them, your own position details.
The annotations and commentary you write. The notes, deck commentary and annotations you create in the product are stored so we can show them back to you. They are yours; our terms explain the narrow permission we need to store and display them.
How you use the product. Which companies you open and when, which pages you visit, and when you sign in. We use this to enforce plan limits and to keep records we are required to keep.
Correspondence with us. If you email support, we keep the thread so we can help you and show that we did.
Technical information. Your IP address, browser and device type, recorded when you accept our terms and when you sign in.
2a. AI processing
Parts of the product are generated by artificial-intelligence models — analysis text, annotations we produce, and assistant features. To render those features, the relevant inputs (for example, the metrics on a deck you are viewing) are processed by our AI provider through its business API.
Two commitments: we send an AI model only what the feature needs, and content sent through the API is not used to train the provider's models. We do not use your content to train models of our own, and we do not sell or share it — the same rule as everything else we hold.
3. What we do NOT collect
We never receive your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider through their own secure checkout. There is no card field anywhere on our site, and there never will be.
We do not ask for your account balances or holdings values. We store the list of companies you follow. Any position information you enter is yours to enter or leave blank.
We do not sell your personal information. We have not done so and will not.
We do not share your data with advertisers, and we run no advertising trackers.
4. Text messages
We send SMS for one purpose only: a verification code when you ask for one during signup. We do not send marketing, promotional or recurring text messages, and there is no way to subscribe to any.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages; reply HELP for help.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, and only to deliver our service:
- Microsoft Azure — hosting, database, email and SMS delivery
- Our payment provider — subscription billing and card processing
- Microsoft Entra External ID — sign-in and email verification
- Anthropic — generation of AI analysis and assistant responses, through its business API; API content is not used to train its models
We disclose information to law enforcement or regulators only where the law requires it.
If our business is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer with it. We will tell you before that happens.
6. How long we keep it
Your account content — watchlists, portfolios and settings — for as long as your account exists. If you cancel a paid plan, your account becomes a free account and content above the free limits is stored but hidden. We keep it for 12 months from that date, then permanently delete it. We tell you the date in your account.
Billing and account records — retained after you leave, because tax and financial regulations require it.
Records of your agreement to our terms, including the date, IP address and browser, and records of the service messages we sent you — retained as evidence that we told you what we said we told you.
Usage records needed to enforce plan limits and to keep the records above are kept only as long as those purposes require.
This means a deletion request removes your content but cannot remove the financial record. That is a legal obligation, not a choice.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- See what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your personal information, subject to section 6
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable form
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on it
To exercise any of these, email support@quantdeck.ai. We will respond within the time the law allows. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is no opt-out to offer — but the rights above are yours. Where a Global Privacy Control signal applies, honoring it changes nothing for you here, because there is no sale or sharing to switch off.
7a. Our legal bases
For readers in places that require us to name a legal basis for each use: we process your information to perform our contract with you (accounts, plans, the product itself), from legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the service (usage records, abuse prevention), with your consent where we asked for it (the daily email, the verification SMS), and under legal obligation for the records the law makes us keep (billing, tax, evidence of consent).
8. Cookies
We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to what is needed to operate the service. Your phone number is stored only as a hash, and your card details never reach us at all.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will tell you and any regulator the law requires, within the time the law requires.
10. Children
QuantDeck.ai is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@quantdeck.ai and we will delete it.
11. International users
We operate from the United States and store data there. If you use QuantDeck.ai from outside the US, you are sending your information to the US, where privacy laws differ from your own.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change something material we will tell you before it takes effect. Every version is published with its effective date and a hash of its text, so you can always tell which version applied when.
